Our pricing guideline:

ROOF

Easy leak repair: RM200-500 (no warranty)

Single leak repair: RM1,000+ (1 year warranty)

Dual leak or more: RM1,500+ (1 year warranty)

Roof service

Terrace, intermediate house: RM3,500+ (1 year warranty)

Terrace, corner: RM4,000+ (1 year warranty)

Semi-D/Bungalow: Quotation upon inspection

*roof service means warranty will cover the entire roof except concrete slab and gutter. Please check with us on the exclusion because every house is different.

Roof replacement

Terrace, intermediate house: RM20,000+ (2 years warranty)

Terrace, corner house: RM25,000-RM30,000 (2 years warranty)

Semi-D, Bungalow: Quotation upon inspection

*We recommend not to repair or service if your roof is in the region of 35-40 years old. Concrete roof tiles commonly last for 40-50 years so we do not recommend to repair if the age of the roof is old. 

Gutter replacement: RM1,000+ depending on length
Party wall cover and flashing replacement: RM3,000-RM5,000

PLUMBING

Easy repair: RM100-200

Above ceiling repairs: RM250 and above

Toilet wall hacking repair: RM500 and above. Re-tiling not included.

Stainless steel re-piping (5 years warranty)

1 toilet: RM1,500-1,800

Subsequent toilet: RM1,200-1,500

*all exposed piping. For concealed piping, please request bathroom renovation contractor, we will only do the piping part

Whole house re-piping: RM6,500+ (terrace house, intermediate)

*Other type of houses, we need to inspect before quotation

*Stainless steel piping will be laid from meter to tangki and kitchen.
