Frequently Asked Questions
Please read these important information below:
Why you don't pick up our calls?
We are working up in the roof most times, so we may miss your calls. Please drop us a Whatsapp message on +60143455595.
Do you have free inspection?
No, we have inspection fees depending on your location. Sometimes if we are in the area, we may provide free inspection. Why is that? Diesel costs have gone up, we cannot afford to provide free inspection for you.
Do you provide warranty for your work?
Depending on the situation, if small repairs (less than RM500) those usually do not come with warranties. Maybe we provide 2-3 months workmanship warranty,
If repairs above RM1000, usually we provide 1 year warranty.
If you have roof replacement project with us, we provide 2 year warranty.
If you have stainless steel re-piping job with us, we provide 5 years warranty.
Why other companies can provide long warranty like 5 - 10 years and you cannot?
We are not here to make a sale; we are here to solve your problem. We do not manufacture the materials. Nor does any of the other contractors do. We could give you long warranties but when the problem happens, we will give you all sorts of excuses and probably wouldn't pick up your calls. We are just managing your expectations. Imagine you bought a brand new house for MYR500k-MYR1 million and you are only getting 2 years warranty from the developer. So our warranties of 1-2 years is reasonable and they make sense.
What makes you different from other contractors?
We know the work, we do the work. Our laborers follow our instructions and assist in our work. We are not "semua tau, semua boleh, bos" people. We only do the things we are confident in doing.
We always return to your property if the leak persist, we don't run away from responsibilities.
We think long term, we give you multiple solutions for you to choose from and we explain them in detail so you know what you are choosing and for how long they will last.
We always have a back-up plan in case plan A didn't work. Why this matters? This is because leaking jobs are very tricky. They are never straight-forward. For example, we do not use torch-on membranes (we don't say other people no good, it's just we don't do it). We have seen many failed torches because underlying problems is not solved or surface preparations are not done well. Once membrane is torched, you have no other way to find the leak if the leak persists. This is our main concern why we don't do it even though there are so many people asking us to do it.
