Painting

We can be hired to paint your house/office, both indoors and outdoors. Paint can be quoted at cost, and we only charge for labor. This approach is a more transparent way of customers knowing what they are paying for. As for the paints, you can choose the brand and color from a specific vendor and we will do the application for you.

Our rates are based on RM200/day/person.
A normal empty terrace house will take approximate 8-10 days for 2 person to complete, internal and external part of the house. 
A normal fully furnished terrace house will take 14-16 days for 2 person to complete, internal and external part of the house.
​If multicolor paint is involved, it may take longer.


Plumbing

We can identify and clear blockages in your toilet or your sink. Perhaps it is your faulty faucet. Or if you bought a new heater, or pump, or water filter and needs assistance in installation, you can hire us to fix it for you. 

Tree Cutting





​Some trees may overgrown its ideal size and has to be cut down. While we are tree huggers, we also understand that if they are not removed, their roots pose great danger of breaking your house floor. We are able to cut down the tree safely without damaging your house, at the same time ensuring that the plant will not regrow again.

Office Partition

We are also capable to build office partitions at a very competitive price. 

Mosquito Net

We can also install mosquito nets - both magnetic and aluminium frame.

Our price is RM9-10/square feet.
Minimum charge RM250. It is equivalent to 27 square feet, approximately size of a door. 
Tiles Replacement
You may have some broken tiles you want replacing. We can assist to source for the tiles and replace them for you. For minor tile replacement, we charge labor at day rates and tiles are quoted at cost.
